To use MKZ Technology services, you must: Be at least 18 years of age Operate a legal business entity in Pakistan or authorized region Provide accurate and complete business information
MKZ Technology offers a platform that enables businesses to:

Integrate multiple payment options (e.g., Jazzcash,Easypaisa)

Manage, process, and monitor payments

Access transaction and settlement reports

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice.
You agree to: Use MKZ Technology services lawfully and ethically

Keep login credentials confidential

Not misuse, hack, or disrupt our platform

Inform us immediately of any unauthorized activity

You are responsible for all transactions initiated under your account.
You may not use our services for: Fraudulent or deceptive practices Illegal transactions (e.g., gambling, money laundering) Selling prohibited items (weapons, narcotics, etc.) We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation.
Service fees will be clearly communicated before onboarding. Settlement timelines and charges may vary depending on the payment method. You are responsible for any bank charges, taxes, or legal obligations arising from your transactions.
Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal or financial data without consent, unless required by law.
MKZ Technology shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or business

Downtime or transaction failure due to third-party networks

Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence

Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid in the last 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these Terms Your business poses a risk to our system or partners You provide false or misleading information You may request termination of your account at any time by emailing us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
